Lynette är en 56-årig bröstcanceröverlevare från den lilla byn Tonteg i södra Wales, Storbritannien. Lynette har gett oss tillstånd att dela hennes berättelse om bröstcancer med er för att uppmuntra till åtgärder för brösthälsa under denna månad.

Jessica är 47 år gammal och kommer från Phoenix i Arizona. Hon upptäckte sin bröstcancer efter att en vän hade delat vår bild med de 12 tecknen på bröstcancer med henne på sociala medier.

Start your breast health routine with the Know Your Lemons app. "I would encourage you to get the app, check out what your normal is, report any changes, don't depend on just mammogram screening, especially if you have dense breast tissues, and recommend the app to all your friends and have them get screened as well."⁠
